Sarah is a Senior Associate in Aitken Partners' Commercial & Property Law Team and is an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Tenancy Law. Sarah also has experience in Queensland property law having commenced her career in Queensland before joining Aitken Partners in 2010. 


Her commercial and property skills extend to negotiating and litigating commercial and property disputes. Sarah is a mentor for the Victorian Women Lawyers and Women Barristers Association.

  • Advising a new retailer who is expanding into the Australian Market on the issues associated with leasing premises in Australia. 

  • Presenting and providing advice on the topic of legal issues in Cloud Computing contracts including Cloud Computing Contracts for Higher Education Services. 

  • Acting as a panel solicitor for Bendigo and Adelaide Bank.

  • Acting for a number of corporate clients and advising on compliance with corporations and consumer law.   

  • Advising, an importer of commercial, industrial and public application doors on a number of commercial matters including building and security licenses.

  • Advising on commercial property developments at Mount Hotham, Falls Creek and Mt Buller. Including contracts of sale, advice relating to legal structures, preparation of subleases, management agreements and service agreements, mortgage and finance agreements.
